Preparing fufu

Here is Remi, our house mate preparing fufu, a staple in many African countries - often made with corn meal or yam flour cooked into a paste with the consistency of a thick mash potato. He also made a cabbage and chicken stew and a spicy pepper sauce that went with the fufu.
